M. Narayanan, CEO
Narayanan has 25 years of experience in the banking industry where he has held key positions as Head of Treasury at Bank of Madura and Head of Treasury at the GMR Group, Bangalore. His earlier career led him through a variety of significant roles at Bank of Madura including Head of Mumbai - Main, the largest branch of the bank, and AGM of Cash Management Services, Merchant Banking and Corporate Banking.
He was also an active member of various committees including Strategic Planning, Investment, Forex and ALCO.
Following the merger of Bank of Madura with ICICI Bank he took on the role of VP of Corporate Banking. He has also worked briefly at Union Bank of California and at ING Vysya Bank.
RM. Chockkalingam, Manager-Finance
Chockkalingam has 23 years of experience in the banking industry. At Bank of Madura he held various positions including Branch Manager, Marketing Manager of cash management services and Assistant Manager of Merchant Banking. He was subsequently Chief Manager at ICICI Bank in Chennai and Trivandrum and then he was at Lakshmi Vilas Bank before joining MMFL where he oversees loan disbursals and coordination with commercial banks and other financial institutions.
S Jayaraman, Company Secretary
Jayaraman brings to MMFL 23 years of experience in the banking industry. At Bank of Madura he held managerial positions at various locations across the country, including that of Manager, Merchant Banking Division. He has had exposure to the RBI Compliance Cell and has held positions in the corporate world as Whole Time Company Secretary with various listed companies including companies the Shriram Group. Prior to joining MMFL Jayaraman was part of the implementation team of Oracle ERP for one year in Dubai.
