Building from these strengths we are now looking at rapidly expanding our member base and leveraging our platform to create dynamic information networks that build bridges across income and education levels and create open access to markets.

Our commitment to building bridges extends to the way we build our company, drawing our member welfare associates largely from among our SHG members and developing them to take positions of greater responsibility. Today we have several women who started as borrowers earning less than Rs. 1000 a month who are in branch management positions successfully managing teams of over 100 people and loan portfolios of upwards of Rs. 5 Crores (US$1 million), working alongside urban educated graduates.
