Head of individual loans and insurance (Chennai)
This person will play a key role in shaping the organization by leading the introduction and management of a variety of new financial products in rural Tamil Nadu. Candidates must have extensive experience in retail banking/NBFCs with exposure to products such as vehicle loans and housing loans, be proficient in both English and Tamil, have the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with large companies and the willingness to travel extensively in the interiors of Tamil Nadu. Salary commensurate with experience.
Credit Managers (Chennai)
Credit Managers are responsible for timely processing of loan applications and sanctions for both SHG and individual loans. Candidates must be graduates with at least 3 years of banking experience, have fluency in both English and Tamil and a willingness to travel to the interiors of Tamil Nadu (approximately 5 days per month) to coordinate with branch offices.
Accounts Managers (Chennai)
Accounts Managers are responsible for compilation of accounts across various branch locations. Candidates must be graduates (preferably B.Com/BCS), have proficiency with Tally, at least three years of work experience and willingness to travel to rural locations.
IT Support Officer (Chennai)
IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing IT support to rural branch locations as well as compiling account data. Candidates must be proficient in MS-Office, particularly MS-Excel, have the ability to educate in English and Tamil and be willing to travel to rural locations. The position offers the opportunity to develop expertise with the I-flex Core Banking Software implemented by FINO. Fresh graduates may also apply.
